RETURN POLICY

Returns: Crafts By You LLC offers a 15 day money back return policy on all items. If you are unhappy with your product, we strongly encourage you to call us. (314-974-3036. Many issues are minor and can be resolved quickly. If you still wish to return your product within the first 15 days, you may contact Crafts By You LLC to acquire a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number and return it for a full refund less shipping fees. In order to receive a full refund, all of the following conditions must apply: any and all items originally included with your product must be returned, you must have received your RMA number from us on or before the 15th day starting from the day your machine shipped, and your product must not be damaged or worn. Items that do not meet all of these conditions may incur additional fees. You will not be refunded for shipping costs to return your machine. Crafts By You LLC is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in return shipment. No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number, please write your RMA number clearly in large print on the outside of your package.

Crafts By You LLC will accept returns for defective products within 15 days of shipping.
